To better support global expansion plans, Pulsifi has made two strategic appointments to its leadership team: the first being former Nestlé Group Chief Human Resources Officer and current Nestlé Deutschland Board Chairman Peter Vogt joining as Board Advisor, while former SAP Senior Advisor and Managing Director Terrence Yong joins as Chief Business Officer.
Passionate about building talent and teams, Peter Vogt brings with him vast experience in human resources and business, especially in the consumer goods industry. During his tenure as Head of Group Human Resources at Nestlé from 2013-2018, Vogt strengthened the business focus of the HR function and fostered a culture of diversity and inclusion. Prior to that, Vogt led various Nestlé businesses and markets across Europe and Asia.
Terrence Yong brings with him extensive knowledge in enterprise software and technology, serving over 20 years in country direct and indirect sales and regional operations with the world’s largest enterprise software companies SAP and Microsoft. His specialties include the business and people aspects of strategy, go-to-market, execution and transformation.
“While a young company, we think Pulsifi has made significant achievements in our part of the world towards our vision of helping people and organizations realize their full potential,” said Pulsifi Co-founder and CEO Jay Huang.
“With Peter and Terrence very aligned to our vision, and coming on board with their expertise and connections, we are excited to take Pulsifi to the global stage and scale,” added Huang.
“Pulsifi’s vision, people science approach, and technology are crucial to the future of work,” said Vogt. “Organizations often struggle in identifying the potential of their candidates and employees in the long term. Pulsifi’s platform completely changes how people are aligned to best-fit roles, teams, and cultures, by using the organization’s people data. I am honored to be mentoring such a strong and dedicated team.”
“Since I started advising Pulsifi almost two years ago, the team has amazed me with their progress in productizing how to understand the multiple dimensions of people, and winning over prominent clients,” said Yong. “I look forward to expanding Pulsifi’s partnerships to more organizations and people, and have them experience our value.”
Pulsifi partners closely with clients on talent acquisition and talent management across 7 countries in Asia. Pulsifi has raised over USD 2 million in funding since its inception in 2016.
