Gadjian, an HR tech startup based out of Indonesia, has recently debuted a new mobile app designed to cater to the expanding number of millennial talent in the country.
Entitled GadjianKu, the new app is an extension of Gadjian’s employee self-service web dashboard. It brings a new set of features, including payslip download, leave application and approval, as well as an employee directory, according to an official statement.
GadjianKu also comes with a workplace engagement feature that allows employees to send greetings and emojis to other team members on a special occasion. The company claimed that this feature sets GadjianKu apart from other local HR apps that mostly focused on basic admin functionalities.
The user experience and features in the GadjianKu app are specifically designed with Indonesia’s growing millennial workforce in mind, said Co-founder and CEO Afia Fitriati in the statement.
