As of its October launch in Bordeaux, France, Qapa will have recruited over 1000 temp workers in several sectors: logistics (forklift operators, order pickers, drivers), sales (telesales, business), business media (ADV assistants, accountants, payroll managers), health (home helpers, caregivers) and industry (CN operators, maintenance technicians).
And, in order to ensure the operation of this Bordelaise sales office, Qapa will start with recruiting 20 salespeople on permanent contracts with a target of 50 in the first year, and open positions as sales assistants, recruitment officers, and community managers.
"To continue our growth in France, we need to quickly strengthen our sales and support team. It was vital to do it outside Paris as we had already done for our technical team based in Grenoble," explained Stephanie Delestre, Qapa Founder and President. "We chose Bordeaux for our new location. The attractiveness of the city, its proximity to 2H TGV, the size of the student community and the dynamism of FrenchTech seduced us. Finally, the fact that QAPA already has many customers in the region, has finally convinced us."
