Dubai-based developer launches its own short-term rental platform

Looking for a short-term vacation rental for the holidays in Dubai is now easier than ever

Dubai-based master developer Emaar has launched a brand new short term rental platform. Called Ease by Emaar, the platform will allow UAE residents and visitors from around the globe to book short term rentals at apartments and villas in Emaar communities across the city.

Emaar describes that the new platform “opens a new avenue for visitors to experience a premium lifestyle located in some of the most sought-after destinations in the city”.

Guests at any of the properties listed on Ease by Emaar can look forward to hotel-grade housekeeping and amenities, and a digital mobile concierge that can assist in making recommendations and providing information on experiences across the city.

A welcome pack, unlimited Wi-Fi and an Ease Pass – a pass offering deals on the city’s top attractions, will all be included on with bookings made through Ease by Emaar.

Emaar also announced that South Beach, a premium beachfront development in Emaar Beachfront will be the first properties to be listed on Ease by Emaar. Although they did not disclose the nightly rate, the luxury waterfront development comprises of one, two and three bedroom apartments.
