The preferred choice for job-seeking and sourcing needs for Myanmar, JobNet.com.mm, recently hosted its premiere fair JobNATION 2019, Myanmar's first-ever paperless job fair fueled by the platform's flagship Digital ID (QR Code) Scanning technology. Over sixty companies and more than 10,000 job seekers attended, and employers were able to seamlessly register any candidate into their CRM with just one click. Candidates in turn can now apply anywhere, at any time, with their JobNet Digital CV.
“I am blown away by the positive response the Job Seeker Profile is receiving,” said Matt De Luca, Managing Director of JobNet. “We had tested and developed the product for some time now in house, and I cannot be more proud about how well received the new tools have become. Our pre-show engagement has been our best yet in terms of engagement for website visitors, and I’m so happy to see today all of the Digital ID information being exchanged, and careers progressing to higher heights.”
No papers, no folders, no resumes-in-hand were needed - just a functional smartphone able to use the Digital CV ID scanning software, and a fully-digital library for each business with candidate profiles organized and accessible with the click of a button.
Potential jobs weren't the only resource provided at the fair: professionals from specialized sectors including technology, service provision, sales, human resources management, and capacity building contributed with seminars, workshops, and panel discussions during the event.
JobNet Myanmar is Myanmar's leading online recruitment and talent management platform, and is a sister company of ShweProperty.com, Myanmar's leading proptech provider; both are led by Myanmar native, CEO Justin Sway.
