JobNet.com.mm hosts Myanmar's first successful Paperless Job Fair

The preferred choice for job-seeking and sourcing needs for Myanmar, JobNet.com.mm, recently hosted its premiere fair JobNATION 2019, Myanmar's first-ever paperless job fair fueled by the platform's flagship Digital ID (QR Code) Scanning technology. Over sixty companies and more than 10,000 job seekers attended, and employers were able to seamlessly register any candidate into their CRM with just one click. Candidates in turn can now apply anywhere, at any time, with their JobNet Digital CV.

No papers, no folders, no resumes-in-hand were needed - just a functional smartphone able to use the Digital CV ID scanning software, and a fully-digital library for each business with candidate profiles organized and accessible with the click of a button.

Potential jobs weren't the only resource provided at the fair: professionals from specialized sectors including technology, service provision, sales, human resources management, and capacity building contributed with seminars, workshops, and panel discussions during the event.
