Alight concludes the acquisition of NGA Human Resources

Alight Solutions, a leader in benefits, payroll and cloud solutions, has announced the completion of its acquisition of NGA Human Resources.

The combined organization will bring an enhanced level of technological capabilities, functional expertise and geographic reach across benefits, payroll and HR solutions to its global client base.
