OnTheMarket signs agreement with housebuilder, Persimmon Plc

OnTheMarket is looking to expand its property advertiser base with the listing agreement with Persimmon Plc

OnTheMarket plc, the agent-run company behind property portal OnTheMarket.com, has recently announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with Presimmon Plc, a leading house builder in the UK.

With this listing agreement, one that covers listings as well as advertising products, Persimmon Plc can list all of its residential developments on the OnTheMarket platform from both its Persimmon and Charles Church consumer brands.

In 2018 alone, Persimmon Plc sold over 16,000 homes. The house builder provides a variety of homes across 350 locations in the UK, focusing mainly on first-time buyers and first-time movers.
