Vacasa, a vacation rental management platform giant, has launched a number of community association management services in Florida following its first association within the state, Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club. The platform is now contracted to offer Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club homeowners with a full suite of community association management services, like administrative, accounting, debt management and site management. Vacasa looks to manage a number of Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club condominiums as short-term rental units.

Ellis has is a Licensed Community Association Manager, Certified Manager of Community Associations and Associated Management Specialist and has over 20 years experience under her belt.

The company now manages 159 associations around the country with the acquisition of Wyndham Vacation Rentals.
