In a move to offer New Yorkers the best real estate search on the market, StreetEasy has launched a new invite-only tool called Expert Match.

Working alongside StreetEasy’s Valuation tool, Expert Match is a customizable selection tool that displays the top listing agents who are best suited to selling a particular property.

How it works is simple, with Valuation installed in order to get the most accurate value in the current market for a listing. Below the Valuation details on the user’s dashboard, there will be a ‘Show Expert Matches’ button which reveals a selection of Experts StreetEasy has chosen specifically to meet a user’s needs, saving them the time and effort it would take to manually search for an agent.

Expert Match displays the names of agents, their brokerage, license status, and previous experience, including the number of homes they’ve successfully sold, the median sale price of recently sold homes, and how long they’ve been with StreetEasy.

Selecting an agent is as easy as clicking on their name and then that huge task can be checked off and a home seller can move on to the next step, moving forward with their personal Expert.
