French software developer for real estate professionals, Apimo, has just announced a new service that allows Instagram users to post their listings straight to Instagram.

This Instagram API offers a unique way to grab a larger audience through the highly popular social media app. The service is automated, offering a quick and easy way to share a listing outside of the Apimo CRM, while keeping the service within the Apimo site.

All that’s needed in order to take advantage of this service is to have a professional Facebook account, which is something that Apimo users have through their subscription to Apimo.

Anthony Taieb, Apimo’s Sales Directo, said:

“The opening of the Instagram API is a revolution! At a time when this social network is becoming an essential marketing tool, the possibility offered here marks a milestone in its use for professional purposes.”

Though Apimo isn’t the first company to turn to social media as a means of marketing listings to a greater audience, it is a leader in the French market with this type of service.
