PropTech Group (PTG) is entering another strategic agreement to further bolster its offerings to the South Pacific. Recently, the company renewed its two-year agreement with The Ray White Group, adding considerable benefits to the already lucrative partnership. Now, PTG has agreed to acquire real estate website and marketing platform, Website Blue, for a current considered price of $1.5 million via cash and PTG shares.
Joe Hanna, CEO and MD of PropTech Group, said:
“We are delighted to announce Website Blue as the Company’s first acquisition. James, Luke, and the team at Website Blue have long delivered industry-leading websites and marketing tools for agencies and agents. Strategically, this acquisition will further strengthen the PropTech Group’s position in Australia and New Zealand and enhance our offer to estate agents in the UK market.”
Website Blye is a full-service professional web design and development platform servicing Australian and New Zealand real estate agencies. The platform has 2,400 real estate agency clients and has delivered 1.5 million vendor and landlord leads to agencies across the region.
James Groth, Managing Director and Luke Thomas COO of Website Blue said:
“We are excited to be part of the PropTech Group. This will allow us to increase our pace of innovation and deliver our quality real estate technologies to a broader range of real estate agencies in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.”
Website Blue and Designly are already part of PTG’s VaultRE & MyDesktop CRM offerings. Website Blue operates Desingly, a management platform for real estate agents where they can control digital marketing assets and campaigns.
As part of the PTG, Website Blue will also up its average revenue per agent numbers, increase customer generation, and drive product development across the entire new entity.
