Online shopping is in. Everyone likes the convenience and security it brings. Property Flow knows this and is focusing on bringing the luxury of an omnichannel solution to the real estate industry in Thailand. Property Flow’s centralized listing management is the main draw and it’s already caught the eye of investors.

In a move to raise US$700,000, SaaS platform, Property Flow, has snagged PropTech farm as a lead investor, joining parent company Seven Peaks Software. PropTech Farm pledges that it will invest US$24 million into proptech startups over the next 5 years, starting with Property Flow.

Property Flow helps small and medium real estate businesses elevate their offerings by providing an end-to-end turnkey solution, spanning access to new inventory, listing management, CRM, and other real estate websites.

Based in and focusing mainly on the Thai market, Property Flow is now looking to strengthen its brand within the region as well as expand internationally through strategic partnerships. The capital raised by the two leading investing companies will aid in this endeavor.

Fredrik Bergman, CEO of PropTech Farm, explained that his companies have been following Property Flow’s development over the years and like what they see. Being a Co-Founder of another successful proptech company, Diakrit, a 3D visuals provider for the real estate industry, Bergman has an eye for this kind of thing. Thus, PropTech Farm has agreed to invest and to assist the management team that will internationalize Property Flow’s main service, Property Flow CORE.

Property Flow CORE is a centralized property information management hub that offers a modernized SaaS solution for agents looking to boost their own brands and attract more buyers and sellers.

Jostein Aksnes, CEO and Founder of Property Flow, said:

“Looking at how e-commerce has been evolving over the last few years, we see similar trends on real estate which historically is an industry lagging behind on digital transformation. More and more marketing channels are becoming available, which makes it increasingly more complicated, but important, to utilize all channels to maximize lead generation and exposure.”

Property Flow CORE connects real estate developers, agents, and brokers with a number of marketing providers, real estate portals, and horizontal marketplaces in one place, allowing them to share listings on multiple platforms and via multiple channels to reach the biggest audience possible.

Aksnes concluded:

“As a software engineer I have always had a passion for solving complex problems, and the real estate industry is an interesting space which has been slow on adopting new technologies in most markets. Because of this, we see there is a great opportunity to provide a technology platform to help and speed up the transformation process across a wide range of use cases, starting with real estate agents, brokerages, and developers. During COVID we see the increased importance of being able to work digitally, and Property Flow is aiming to help digitize the real estate industry. We are very excited to Have Fredrik and PropTechFarm join the team, and Property Flow will gain benefits from the long real-estate domain and entrepreneur experience the team brings with them. With PropTechFarm and Seven Peaks as part of the team, we are now ready to scale up further.”
