Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) has recently announced new capabilities for its voice assistant, connectMLS. The new features allow MRED subscribers to retrieve business information like the status of a listing, client messages and market statistics through Amazon's Alexa and Google Assistant.
“Equipping real estate professionals with the hands-free ability to access information on the go is the next step in MLS innovation. Whether it’s in the car on the way to meet clients or on their smart speaker at home, connectMLS is there to help our subscribers provide a higher level of service.”
— MRED President and CEO Rebecca Jensen
ConnectMLS allows MRED subscribers to retrieve more information on their listings by just saying "Alexa, open connectMLS" or "Hey Google, talk to connectMLS." For their first login, real estate professionals will be asked to use their MLS credentials, as well as occasional logins after, to securely access the available information.
ConnectMLS is thanks to a partnership between MRED and Voiceter Pro, a leading provider of voice-enabled applications servicing the real estate industry.
“MRED is showing that it is a forward-thinking organization on the cutting edge of technology by bringing tomorrow’s tools to their subscribers today. An MLS voice assistant feature is an important part of the future of practicing real estate.”
— Voiceter Pro CEO Miguel Berger
