"Our recruiting platform puts an end to complicated, lengthy and often somewhat outdated application processes," says 4engineers Managing Director Matthias Schleuthner. "We ensure that highly qualified employees and attractive employers find the right job quickly and easily. This is of fundamental importance, especially in times of tight labor markets: there are currently around 80,000 engineering positions open in Germany. Sectors such as automotive, mechanical engineering, construction, or energy and building technology have an enormous need for top talent."
And the latter are at 4engineers. With just a few clicks, you can create a profile in which you can define your dream job, including the wishes and expectations of your future job. Subsequently, they will only receive suitable job offers from potential employers, including information on salary and other prospects in the company. The talents themselves decide which of the invitations to accept and potentially get to know each other.
The application is called “reverse application”, and Berlin's 4Scotty, the parent company behind 4engineers, already has proven its expertise. Schleuthner explains:
"In the past five years we have established the model on the German market with 4scotty.com, our platform for IT professionals. With 4engineers we are taking the logical next step, as engineering and IT are growing ever closer together as digitization progresses, as a look at the automotive industry shows, for example. Specialists who unite both worlds are currently particularly in demand in industry."
The advantages of the job platform include the clearer application process and the high reach of the dream job profile, which includes personal service by the recruiting experts from 4engineers. They are available to the specialists with advice and action by request - and completely free of charge.
"We turn professional development into an experience," says Schleuthner, adding, "especially since we are not resting on our laurels, but are already working on the next evolutionary step: with the implementation of machine learning in the coming year, our digital career booster will be even more intelligent and accurate. In the medium term, we would also like to bring our platforms together and thus become one of the central points of contact for a large number of highly qualified and sought-after professional groups."
In addition to the engineers, 4engineers' companies are already benefiting, says the Managing Director:
"Through direct and uncomplicated access to our constantly growing current specialists pool with its wide range of competent specialists, vacancies can be filled with very little effort. This saves time and money."
