Spain: Aludium outsources its payroll management to ADP

Aludium, provider of aluminum solutions for European industrial and distribution markets, has recently reached an agreement with ADP, global provider of HR management solutions, to manage its payroll with ADP Celergo.

Aludium has three prior Alcoa factories in Spain and France, as well as an avant-garde aluminum research and development center in Spain.

Its long-term objective is to become the main supplier of aluminum sheet, profiles and aluminum coils in Europe, in addition to creating a platform capable of generating growth, stability and lasting relationships with its customers.

In order to focus on achieving this objective, Aludium has decided to outsource its payroll management in European countries where they have commercial offices. For this, the company needed a single platform from which it could centralize all management as well as prioritize improving accounting, alongside obtaining stronger cost controls.

As explained by ADP, the Celergo solution provides Aludium with a unified platform that helps them ensure the correct organization and management of payroll service data in several international locations.

In addition, Human Resources departments will not have to worry about complying with local and global regulatory and fiscal requirements, as it will have a team of ADP experts located in each region that will offer immediate assistance and real-time access to documents and controlled reviews that help ensure the correct application throughout the payroll process.
