Free to list UK challenger portal company OneDome has this morning announced a partnership with housing data provider Sprift. The partnership will see Sprift’s data on all UK houses and market insights available to OneDome members for six months before they are offered the option to sign up for a premium version of OneDome alongside other products that the platform offers via a pay per report or monthly fee model. Agent members will be able to build branded market appraisal reports to win instructions as well as send reports to prospective buyers with a trackable link.
The new offering from OneDome, which owns and operates both OneDome.com as well as nethouseprices.com, aims to give agents a service similar to Rightmove Plus and Zoopla Pro but without the cost. Commenting on the new partnership, OneDome CEO Babek Ismayil said:
“Two months ago, we were asked to bring the functionality that could compete with Rightmove Plus reports. We evaluated various products and feel that Sprift reports are far superior to the ones currently offered by major portals.”
The latest partnership with Sprift is not the first OneDome has entered into to support agents. Towards the end of last year, the company became one of the first portals to become a listing partner of Facebook Marketplace meaning that all of its agents' listings would automatically be uploaded there for greater visibility. The company, which makes its money through selling leads to mortgage and conveyancing suppliers, aims to be an end-to-end transaction platform and ultimately to standardise the process of buying and selling property in the UK.
