In 2016, classifieds giant, Craigslist, implemented listing fees that have expanded to all kinds of services that are available through its vast website.

After implementing fees in the New York metropolitan areas for apartment listings, it has expended those same fees for its Chicago and Boston listings, as well.

The fees can be viewed on the website’s ‘help’ page. Clicking through the options, it will take you to a list of the types of listings that require fees and how much those fees are. When it comes to real estate, the fees are between $3-$5 a listing.

Nothing much for one-timers but is expected to rake in big bucks for the company, annually.
