British real estate portal Zoopla, part of Houseful, has appointed Paul Whitehead as Chief Executive Officer and made several other changes to strengthen its leadership team, including the appointment of Sam Fletcher as Chief Finance Officer.
Whitehead rejoins Zoopla, having previously served as Chief Strategy Officer between 2015-2018, has recently been working at Zoopla in an advisory role.
Meanwhile, Sam Fletcher has been named the firm's new Chief Finance Officer, another internal appointment as she has worked at Houseful for over four years.
Finally, Alex Rose has been appointed as Commercial Director and will lead a dedicated Zoopla commercial team.
Rich Hayes, Chief Operating Officer, will continue to lead the day-to-day operations of the business. Charlie Bryant, previous CEO at Zoopla, will continue to serve as CEO of Houseful.
