Fastest growing enterprise talent acquisition suite, Greenhouse, has recently announced a milestone of 250 integration partners, making Greenhouse one of the largest players in the industry.

Over the past few years, the recruiting industry has evolved, creating more demand on talent teams to adopt new technologies. To meet these demands, Greenhouse provides a robust ecosystem of solutions to choose.

Greenhouse, being the day-to-day destination for thousands of customers, sits at the epicenter of this growth. "Our customers have broad hiring needs and require solutions at every stage of the candidate and recruiter's journey. It is therefore incumbent that we at Greenhouse build out our partner ecosystem," says Dane Hurtubise, VP of Platform and Partnerships at Greenhouse. "Whether it's deeper interactions between established players or innovative solutions that offer efficiency or a new way to engage with candidates, we need to make sure our customers have the options to propel their talent teams to improve their hiring processes at every stage."

To fuel this type of growth, Greenhouse made their APIs readily available and free to use for partners and established a dedicated team to service partners. Over the last two years, Greenhouse's ecosystem climbed from 100 to over 250 partners.

Equally important to growth is the quality of integrations that companies are able to build.

"Greenhouse has been a terrific partner," said Owen Humphries, Head of Business Operations, Glassdoor. "Thanks to the company's robust APIs and collaborative teams, Greenhouse has enabled Glassdoor to provide candidates with a seamless application process right from our platform."

Greenhouse makes integration set-up easy by offering any ready-to-use integrations free of charge. Customers need to only pay for the tools they use and any custom workflows that need to be created for unique needs.

"Whenever we think about adding to our tech stack, we immediately look to see if there is an integration with Greenhouse, as our goal is to make sure our systems are working together simply and elegantly," said Nick Reyland, Squarespace's Operations Lead, People Tech. "Squarespace uses the best-in-class software, and we're already making the most of Greenhouse's extensive partner network with 10 integrations."
