US-based data-gathering real estate platform RealReports has raised $2M in seed funding to expand its operations and pursue new partnerships nationwide.
TTV Capital, Moderne Ventures, Erez Capital and other venture capital firms led the round.
RealReports markets itself as a premium, AI-powered property report, complete with data agents won't find anywhere else. Reports are powered by over 30 best-in-class providers, while "Aiden", an AI real estate copilot, complements the service with actionable insights to specific requests.
The company will use the capital to accelerate product development, grow its team and penetrate new markets with real estate brokerages, MLS associations and other PropTechs around the United States, to improve lead generation potential for its agent users.
Agents can pay $9 a month to subscribe to a basic package, or $49 a month for a pro package that lets them create up to 10 Premium monthly reports.
James Rogers, co-founder and CEO at RealReports, said:
"We are thrilled to have such engaged and helpful investors join us in this round, and are more confident than ever before about our path forward."
Other backers of RealReports include CMS, Fortified Ventures, Launch, and SNR.
Rogers is also the co-founder and CEO of Torii, an all-in-one real estate brokerage.
