French portal and magazine Résidences Immobilier is celebrating its 30th anniversary and announcing a new listings syndication network for its customers.

In an interview with local agent-facing publication MySweetImmo, the company's founder Jean-Pierre Cohen revealed that from February the portal's clients' listings will be able to appear on more than 82 partner portals in 51 countries with one click. Marketplaces that Résidences Immobilier has agreements with include Zoopla and Immostreet as well as the property section of the Wall Street Journal.

In return, Résidences Immobilier will list around 300,000 luxury listings from 11 countries as it tries to position itself as one of the world's premier destinations for high-end properties.

Cohen noted that the luxury sector hasn't been as badly affected as the rest of the French real estate market recently which has seen a particularly marked decline amid interest rate rises.

The entrepreneur also released plans to invest in the development of an international platform dedicated to seasonal rentals that will feature a concierge service.
