Sardinia is seeing the release of a new online portal that hopes to transform the way work is found. The portal will be officially presented on the 24th - 25th of January for Sardinian Job Day 2019.

It is called APP Lavoro, a free portal where all workers can register (and also those who are looking for employment), enter personal information and curriculum, and be reviewed by companies for which they work or have worked, by colleagues or former colleagues, from those who have had professional relationships with them in general.

These reviews will give life to a real ranking, subdivided by profession, and searchable by location or nationally.

"We will therefore have the first real ranking of the best workers in Italy, divided into professions. All based on the real merits of each worker, then on meritocracy," reads the statement.
