Idealesta's new tv advert to air in Spain, Italy, and Portugal

January 12, 2019

Idealista’s new campaign, created by Gibbo&Lori and produced by Sedici:9, has recently been rolled out with its first commercial going on air January 12th in Spain, Portugal and in Italy.

The commercial shows a real estate agent accompanying his client into a beautiful apartment, previously advertised on the idealista property portal. The potential buyer reacts to the home a bit extremely, but the message is clear: he has already familiarized himself with the home via the idealista app, and he likes it so much that as soon as he crosses the threshold, he immediately feels like it’s his. The commercial highlights the benefits which come from using the idealista app which features the most appealing properties on the web simply and instantly.

The company’s goal with this commercial was to communicate to the audience that idealista helps both the agent and the consumer; the real estate agent seeks to acquire clients, and the client’s goal is to find a home quickly and effortlessly. The name of the commercial is “Love at first sight” in Spain, "Feeling at home in no time" in Italy and “You’re already home” in Portugal.

Due to the advert’s slightly suggestive nature, idealista also created an alternative censored version with a bit of pixelation added in a couple of scenes, so to render it more appropriate for all audiences.

Idealista is based in Madrid, Spain but it also operates in the Italian and Portuguese markets.
