New CEO for Polish Arm of Ringier Axel Springer

Ringier Axel Springer has appointed a new CEO for its Polish classifieds sites.

Łukasz Szymak will take control of Morizon Gratka Group and MZN Property in January 2024.

In the meantime, Syzmak will serve as the COO of both companies while current CEO Jarosław Święcicki transitions out of the role. He joins Ringier Axel Springer after a five-year stint as country manager at Booksy.

Aleksander Kutela, CEO at Ringier Axel Springer Poland, said:

"Łukasz Szymak is an expert with extensive experience in managing digital businesses. His taking over the reins of the Morizon-Gratka Group will certainly result in further dynamic development of both brands on the market."

Ringier Axel Springer controls Polish real estate portals Morizon and noweinwestycje.pl.

Morizon and noweinwestycje.pl are by no means market leaders in the Polish real estate classifieds sector—that title goes to Otodom, which is owned by Naspers:
