OneDome is on the lookout for more mortgage broker acquisitions after it revealed that its HomeBuyer service has delivered triple-digit annual revenue growth despite a weaker property market.
The UK challenger, an end-to-end property transaction company, offers a HomeBuyer Service that simplifies property purchases by bundling services into one package for a fixed price (£999)—which OneDome says can save a buyer up to £2,500 if they paid for each service individually.
OneDome has already acquired CMME Mortgages and CW Management Limited this year, and now founder and CEO Babek Ismayil is on the lookout for more brokers to acquire.
"We are thrilled with the remarkable success of our HomeBuyer Service.
"Our customers’ satisfaction is at the core of everything we do, and the positive reception has motivated us to acquire more mortgage brokers.
"Whilst we are actively looking for mortgage broker businesses to acquire, our primary goal remains centered on delivering exceptional value and an unmatched experience for homebuyers and estate agents.
"This is why we are particularly looking to acquire mortgage firms owned by estate agents.
"We can guarantee an exceptional level of service to both agents and their clients while removing the burden of managing a highly regulated business."
Online Marketplaces named OneDome as the 'biggest winner' of the UK challenger scene earlier this year, with Ismayil saying that the company aims to service 10% of all property transactions in the UK by 2028.
